KEPES SPL 35 incorporates a revolutionary vacuum system and belting design. This unique conveyor is designed with today’s high resolution “drop-on-demand” imaging systems in mind. With a special vacuum system designed with very tight tolerances, this system allows you to get the imaging heads close to the substrate to insure the quality expected with today’s new imaging technology
System has an integrated register table to insure proper registration of product prior to imaging
Unique drying station allows for drying inline without excessive heat build up. Station incorporates exclusive high temperature belting system.
System can be configured with friction feeders, pile feeders or other feeding devices with ease.
System can be used as a base for tipping systems or label affixing.
